We are looking for an IT | DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

If you are passionate about Digital, have experience in the IT field with digital marketing platforms and tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM), are familiar with development environments, web applications, and tools, and are highly motivated to be part of our company’s growth plan, you are exactly the person we are looking for.

You will be incorporated into our organization to strengthen the current IT and marketing departments, and you will be responsible for managing and expanding IT support activities to serve marketing strategies.

Contract type: permanent

The contractual offer will be proportional to the candidate’s profile and experience.

Available locations: Italy (Barletta) / Spain (San Sebastián)

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and strengthen IT support to drive marketing strategies and enhance customer-facing services
• Collaborate with the marketing department by providing technical input in the definition and management of web projects to enhance business control tools, customer support, and marketing
• Understand the principles of CRM and marketing automation, the related platforms and the integration tools among the different web, ERP, PIM platforms

Working Experience

• Proven experience in IT projects supporting CRM and Digital Marketing applications
• Experience in the configuration and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Knowledge of integration tools across different platforms
• Knowledge of the 0365 platform and Power Apps development
